Database Type file
Here is the Type file used with the Toolbox annotation files: Text.typ
Character Encoding
All the Toolbox files are Unicode (UTF-8) encoded.
If viewing the files in your web browser, rather then Toolbox, be sure to set your web browser's Character Encoding to UTF-8 in order to view the IPA characters properly.
In Firefox, for example, this is done by selecting menu item View > Character Encoding > Unicode (UTF-8).
In Mac OS X's TextEdit you may (or may not) need to preset text file encoding to UTF-8 in Preferences.
