Other comments: Korean has two sets of numeral systems, the first set is called Sino-Korean numerals (on the first column), the second set is native Korean numerals. For counting above 100, Sino-Korean words are used. For smaller numbers, the choice often depends on the noun or noun classifier a number occurs with. The native Korean numbers 'hundred' on and 'thousand' jeumeun are archaic, and are not used. |
