Other comments: Tuvaluan has a decimal system similar to that of Tokelaun. The 'toa' in ten is the traditional number, 'sefulu' is a loanword from Samoan. Tuvaluan is spoken by about 14,000 speakers in Tuvalu and New Zealand. |
