Other comments: Tungag or Lavongai has a quinary numeral system. 1000 and 2000 can be expressed in traditional way as ''sikei a lelen saŋauli na saŋauli'' and ''poŋua na lelen saŋauli na saŋauli'', but ''sikie a tausen'' and ''poŋua a tausen'' are common used. Tungag is spoken by about 16,000 in Lamet district and Umbukul islands, New Ireland province, Papua New Guinea. |
