Other comments: Western Tamang or Tamang Ajit Man has a vigesimal system. Western Tamang is spoken by approximately 350,000 speakers, mostly monolingual below school age or over 60 years of age, in Dhading district, Gangajamuna, Kaniyabash, Netrawati, Nilkantha, and Rubi Valley municipalities, along Aku river; Nuwakot district, east of Trishuli river; Rasuwa district, Bagmati province, Nepal. |
