Other comments: Sarudu has a decimal numeral system similar to that of Linda. Sarudu or Doda’ is spoken by approximately 2,500 speakers in West Sulawesi province: Mamuju Utara regency, south Pasangkayu sub-district, 1 area near Lariang river mouth, another south, both on Makassar strait north coast, Indonesia. It is closely related to (and reportedly mutually intelligible with) Uma. |
