Other comments: Ruga has two sets of numeral systems (one is archaic vigesimal and a decimal influenced by Garo). Ruga is a nearly extinct language only spoken by 10 speakers (2019) out of 2,500 ethnic population in East Garo Hills district, Meghalaya state, Northeast India. |
