Other comments: Rakhine has a decimal system. Rakhine or Mogh is sometime regarded as a dialect of Burmese. Note that the spelling 'hn" as in number 2 'hnai'=IPA [n̥]。 Rakhine is spoken in Myanmar: Paletwa township of Chin state and widespread; Bago region, Shwegyin and Waw townships of Rakhine state and in Bangladesh. |
