Other comments: Putai or Margi West has a decimal system. They use Kanuri numerals after twenty. Putai is a nearly extinct Afro-Asiatic language of Biu-Mandara branch spoken in northeastern Nigeria lesser 50 speakers. The language is dying out and being replaced by Kanuri. |
