Other comments: Nonuya or Nononota is a nearly extinct language with 2 speakers left within 290 ethnic population in Amazonas department: Puerto Santander municipality, Peña Roja, Colombia as well as Peru, Most people shifted to Spanish as well as use Andoque or Muinane or Nipode Witoto. Nowadays, Nonuya has only kept traditional numerals up to five, Spanish numbers are used after five. |
