Other comments: Moklen has a decimal system similar to that of Moken, 'thousand' is loanword from Thai 'pʰan'. Moklen is spoken by about 2,000 speakers on the western coast of Phangnga and Phuket provinces in southern Thailand. It is related to but distinct from the Moken language of Myanmar and southern Thailand. |
