Kanowit or the Kanowit language is an endangered and under-described
language spoken by about 200 speakers in Central Sarawak, Malaysia, on the island of Borneo.
The basic Kanowit numerals from one two ten are very similar to that of
the Kajaman language spoken in Central Sarawak area, the higher numerals
over ten seem borrowed from Malay.
