Other comments: Mattokki or Kenzi is spoken by approximately 50,000 speakers in
New Valley Governorate (Al Wadi al Jadid governorate) or El Wadi El Gedid Governorate, in the southwestern part of Egypt.
Mattokki (Kenzi) numbers are similar to Andaandi (Dongolawi) numbers. The numbers are taken from MASSENBACH, GERTRUD VON. 1933. Wörterbuch des nubischen Kunuzi-Dialektes: mit einer grammatischen Einleitung. Jerusalem: Syr. Waisenhaus. Up to (20) I checked the numbers. From (30) onward Mattokki (Kenzi) mainly use the Arabic numbers. However, a very few remember the Nubian numbers, too.
