Other comments: Lokoya is spoken by approximately 85,000 speakers in Juba county, Central Equatoria state, and Lafon county, Longairo and Okaru areas, Eastern Equatoria state, South Sudan. Lokoya may have a counting system similar to that of Utoho / Lotuho (Lotuxo). The lower numerals 1 to 5 and 10 are similar to that of the similar to that of Lotuho (Lotuxo) language, higher numerals from 11 to 20, 21 to 30,40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1000 and 2000 needed to confirm the numeral system. |
