Other comments: Lala or Nara has a decimal system with particular substructure for numbers 6, 7, 8 and 9. Number 'hundred' is a loanword from Roro language. Lala is spoken by about 1,500 speaker in Central province: between Kuni and Waima, inland from the coast, south of Yule Island, Papua New Guinea. |
