Other comments: Kim Mun has a decimal system, the above data were based on Kim Mun Mien dialect spoken in Hainan island. Kim Mun still retained traditional numerals from one to nine, they borrowed Hainan Min Chinese from ten onwards with pronunciation modifications. Kim Mun is spoken by approximately 60,000 speakers in Hainan province, China, as well as Laos and Vietnam. |
