Other comments: Kerinci has a numeral system similar to that of Minangkabau and Malay. Other higher numbers areː 400. əmpeʔ ratauh / əmpeʔ ratuh; 800. lapar rateuh / lapar ratuh. Kerinci is a Malayic language spoken by about 290,000 speakers in Jambi Province, Sumatra especially in Kerinci Regency and Sungai Penuh city. It has a high dialectical diversity, with dialects Ulu, Mamaq, Akit, Talang and Sakei. |
