Other comments: Keley-i Kallahan has a decimal system, but the formations of the tens 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 are different from those of 10, 20 and 30. Keley-i Kallahan is spoken by approximately 8,000 speakers in the Kiangan municipality of Cordillera Administrative Region, Ifugao Province and Cagayan Valley Region of Nueva Vizcaya province in Luzon island. |
