Other comments: Keapara has a decimal system with special substructure for 6, 7, 8 and 9 similar to that of Vula'a (Hula) language. The people may use English to Tok Pisin numerals after five nowadays. Keapara is an Austronesian language of Papua New Guinea spoken by about 23,000 speakers in Central province. It has been strongly influenced by Papuan languages. |
