Other comments: Kavalan has a decimal system. Kavalan is a Sinicized Austronesian language spoken in Toucheng to Ilan and inland, Yilan county and migrants on east coast in Hualien county, Taiwan. There are three forms of cardinal numbers from 1 to 10 in Kavalan. The first one is used in series counting, the second for counting things and the third for counting human beings.
