Other comments: Ghayavi or Boianaki has a traditional counting system with three numerals similar to that of Gapapaiwa.

Dr. Glen A. Lean (1991) had recorded the following data for Boianaki (Ghayavi)
1. saɡo, 2. rua, 3. aroba, 4. rua ma rua, 5. meikovi,
6. kumaneva saɡo, 7. kumaneva rua, 8. kumaneva aroba, 9. kumaneva rua ma rua, 10. ima rua(ikovi), 20. koroto saɡo isirasaɡe ( 'lit: 'one man'), 40. koroto rua isirasaɡe. However, people use English or Pijin after three now. Ghayavi is spoken by about 2,800 speakers in Weraura LLG, north coast Goodenough bay, Alotau district, Milne Bay province, Papua New Guinea.
