Other comments: Batui or Baha is spoken by approximately 850 speakers in Central Sulawesi province: Banggai regency, Batui sub-district, Balantang, Batui, Sisipan, and Tolando villages; eastern peninsula. Batui has a decimal system similar to that of Saluan. The above data was collected on July 26, 2006 in Talondo village, Kecamatan Batui, Kabupaten Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. Note that in all given forms, stress occurs on the penultimate vowel; initial glottal stop may be phonetic only (glottal stop may not contrast with its absence in word-initial position)
