Other comments: Ilongot, their real name is 'Bugkalot', is the only language in the Philippines use a quinary system and the higher numbers 60, 70, 80 and 90 are formed by 50 + 10, 20, 30, and 40, respectively. Bugkalot (also Ilongot) is a language of the indigenous Bugkalot people of northern Luzon, Philippines with a population of approximately 50,000 speakers. |
