Other comments: Gabadi or Abadi has a decimal system with particular substructure for numbers 6, 8 and 9. 7 might be a loanword from Polynesian language. Number 'hundred' is a loanword from Roro language. Abadi is spoken by about 2,900 speakers in Kairuku district, Central province, Papua New Guinea. |
