Other comments: Lachixío Zapotec (Dialu) or Eastern Sola de Vega Zapotec, Zapoteco de la Sierra Sur Noroeste Alto, is spoken by approximately 6,500 speakers in Oaxaca state: Sola de Vega municipality, San Mateo Mixtepec, San Vicente Lachixío, and Santa María Lachixío, Mexico. Lachixío Zapotec has a 20-based system. Data for other numbers is not available, possibly because Spanish loans are used. |
