Other comments: Chaplino Yupik or Central Siberian Yupik counting system is base-twenty. The word for number 20, yuɣəna, is 'an entire man' (all 20 digits). 100 is 5 men and 400 is 20 men. Traditional 400 was the maximum number because the increasing complexity of the system made it impractical to continue.
