Other comments: Thaayorre or Kuuk Taayore has only few words for numerals. 3 pinalam sometime also use for 4; and ''moŋ'' is for 4-5 plus (I.e. up to infinity). Notes: Practical orthographies and IPA transcription. /th / is a dental stop, /ng/ a velar nasal, and /rr/ a tap /trill, the /a/ in Thaayorre is long. |
