Other comments: Tanggu is spoken by approximate;y 3,000 speakers in Bogia district, Mandang province, Papua New Guinea. Tanggu system is a digit-tally with the basic numeral set is (1, 2). However, the SIL data (1975) has 'hapar+one' for 5 and 'hapar+2 for 10, thus implying the operation of a 5-cycle. New data needed to compare with the old one. |
