Other comments: Pima Bajo (Oob No’ok) or Lower Piman, Mountain Pima is spoken by approximately 1,000 speakers scattered in Sonora-Chihuahua states border, Mexico. Pima Bajo has a vigesimal system with special substructure for number 8. The number 20 is expressed by ''one person''. Nowadays, some traditional numerals have been replaced by Spanish numerals. |
