Other comments: Tigon Mbembe or Mbémbe is spoken by approximately 60,000 speakers in North West region: Donga-Mantung division, Ako subdivision, north of Nkambe, Cameroon as well as Nigeria. Tigon Mbembe has a vigesimal numeral system with incomplete five-base substructure, the number '8' seems formed by '2 x 4'. The word for '100' kpɛɡrɔ, means 'one bowl'. |
