98 speakers out of 6,800 ethnic population in Lillooet and middle Fraser river area, British Columbia province, Canada. Lillooet has a decimal system. The element cil- in five 'cilkst' means 'new', while -kst means 'hand', with the whole complex referring to having to use a new hand after counting the five fingers. In 'six we have ƛʼéqʼ ''to across over''. In cúɬekeʔ ''seven'' we have cúɬ 'to point at and -ekeʔ ''hand, finger'. For ''nine'' qʼəmʼpélmən which consists of qʼəmʼ ''ten'' and -almən ''about to ''. The word 100 x̩əcpqíqinʼkst, contains the suffix for ''finger (tip)'', -qinʼ-kst, In reduplicated form.
