Other comments: Kamviri numeral system is very similar to that of Kati. Note the superior vertical stroke symbol ˈ represents phonemic (pitch) accent. Kamviri is spoken by approximately 20,000 speakers in Kamdesh and Kishtoz villages in lower Bashgal valley, Nuristan province, Afghanistan as well as northern Pakistan. |
