Other comments: Kako or Kaka, Mkako, Bakako is spoken by approximately 123,000 speakers in East region: Kadey division, Batouri and Ndelele subdivisions, Cameroon as well as Central African Republic and Congo. Bakaka (Kaka) has a quinary, decimal system, 'mil' is a French loanword.
