Other comments: The traditional Izon counting system is based on twenty and there is a number for '400', so 1000 is 'two and a half 400s'. They have developed a decimal numeral system like the Kolokuma dialect now. Izon or Central-Western Ijo or Ijaw is spoken by approximately 2,400,000 speakers in Bayelsa state, Delta state, Edo state and Ondo state in southern Nigeria.
