Other comments: Gwere or Lugwere is spoken by approximately 621,000 speakers in Budaka, Butaleja, Butebo, Kibuku, Mbale, Pallisa, and Sironko districts. Kaliro district (Lamoogi dialect) and nearby districts in the eastern parts of Uganda. Gwere has a numeral system very similar to that of Gungu. |
