Other comments: Ekpeye (ɛ̀kpɛyɛ̃) has a vigesimal numeral system. Ekpeye is spoken only in Rivers State in two local government areas: Ahoada - East and Ahoada-West. The speaking population is approximately 30,000. The alternate names as mentioned in the write-up are not known to the speakers. Presumably, they could be corruptions of the name Ekpeye by speakers of other languages.
