Other comments: Chakma has a numeral system similar to that of the Bengali. There are some missing terms for 12 to 19, 21 to 29, 30, 40, 60, 70, 80, 90, 200 and 2,000. Note that the traditional symbol 'c' is=IPA [tʃ]. Chakma or Sakma is spoken by approximately 370,000 speakers in Chittagong city, Chittagong Hills area, Chittagong division, Bangladesh as well as India and Myanmar. |
