Other comments: Bishnupriya has a decimal system similar to that of Bengali. Bishnupriy or Bishnupria Manipuri is spoken by approximately 120,000 speakers in Cachar, Hailakandi, and Karimganj districts, Assam state and Karimganj districts in north Tripura state, India as well as Bangladesh. |
