Other comments: Badyara or Badiaranke has a quinary-decimal system. Note that these numbers are used for simply counting/listing numbers, but if you are using them as quantifiers, things get messy (with the noun class system), and the same applies to ordinal numbers. Badyara or Badyaranke is spoken by approximately 20,000 speakers in Boké region, Guinea as well as Senegal and Guinea-Bissau. |
