Other comments: Anufo has a decimal system similar to that of Baule. Note that for the number kũ 'one', low tone is realized phonetically as low-falling phrase-final. Anufo or Chakosi is spoken by approximately 170,000 speakers in Northern region: Wawjayga area, Ghana as well as Benin and Togo. |
