Other comments: Makayam or Tirio is spoken in several villages south bank and inland of Fly river, Western province, Papua New Guinea. Makayan has only two words as numbers. Makayam has recorded traditional numerals from 1 to 5 years ago, not sure if they are still using old traditional numbers after 5 or now use Tok Pisin numerals after three. New data for numbers after ten is required. |
