Other comments: Sama or Nimi is spoken by approximately 3,000 speakers in seven villages in the Lowai area west of Boana, upper Erap river, south of Saruwaged range, Morobe province, Papua New Guinea. Nimi has a body-tally system up to 20 on the hands and feet and has two distinct numerals. The word for three appears to be composes of 'two and one'
