Other comments: Korafe is spoken by about 3,000 speakers in the Tufi District, and Cape Nelson Headlands, Oro Province, in the "tail" of Papua New Guinea. Korafe has recorded traditional numerals from 1 to 5, 8 and 10 years ago, and not sure if the old data was from Korafe-Yegha or other dialect and not sure if they are still using old traditional numbers or body tally after 5 or now use Tok Pisin numerals after 5. New data for numbers after five is required. |
