MALAYSIAN VISAS Malaysia Visa Requirements There are two categories of visitors which require visa to enter Malaysia. a) The holders of travel documents other than passports (e.g. laissez passer, titre de voyage) b) Passport holders of certain Asian and African countries: ASIA Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India (except Diplomatic and Service Passport), Myanmar (except Diplomatic and Service Passport), People's Republic of China, Nepal, Pakistan, Republic of China (Taiwan), Sri Lanka AFRICA Angola, Eritrea, Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, Burundi, Guinea Bissau, Cameroon, Ghana, Central African Republic, Liberia, Congo Republic, Mali, Congo Democratic Republic, Mozambique, Cote D'Ivoire, Niger, Djibouti , Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Rwanda, Western Sahara Note: Visa exception is given to nationals of African nations mentioned above who enter Malaysia as invitees or under sponsor by the Malaysian government according to the period of invitation mentioned, provided proof is shown upon entry to Malaysia. Nationals of the following countries DO NOT REQUIRE A VISA for periods not exceeding the stated length of stay.
