Sending audio files
From Apics
You have several options for sending us the sound files for the Glossed texts in the Survey chapters as well as for the Examples and phonological segments of the Database:
- Upload the sound files onto the MPI EVA server. Please follow these instructions.
- This is the preferred method, but it requires a fast Internet connection.

- Mail us a CD, memory card, USB drive or minidisc with your sound files
- This is a good alternative if you have very large files (over 100 Megabytes) or a slow/unreliable Internet connection

- E-mail the files to haspelmath [at] eva.mpg.de with a copy to alexander_jahraus [at] eva.mpg.de
- This is only reasonable if you have just a few audio files and they are limited in size (to a total of about 5 Megabytes),
because larger attachments tend to cause problems with e-mail servers - It's best to compress the entire folder containing your audio files into a single .zip archive (here's how)
