The APiCS Database and Questionnaire were created using FileMaker Pro 8, a file-based commercial database system.

The runtime version is a small installation-free application that allows you to open, browse and fill the APiCS Questionnaire without having FileMaker Pro installed on your computer.

You can download a runtime version for Windows or Macintosh from the APiCS Database page at any time.
