Feature Annotation
This feature concerns the identity or differentiation between the meanings ‘green’ and ‘blue’. See APiCS Glossary ("Identity and differentiation") for a visual representation of the following values:
Value 1: Identity. A single word denotes either ‘green’ or ’blue’ and no word denotes only ‘blue’ or only ‘green’.
Value 2: Differentiation. One word denotes ‘green’ and another (possibly related) word denotes ‘blue’.
Value 3: Overlap. This covers cases of semantic overlap, where there are two different (possibly related) words, but one of them denotes ‘green or blue’, and the other one denotes only ‘green’ or only ‘blue’.
Value 4: Identity and differentiation. There are at least three (possibly related) words; one denotes ‘green’, one denotes ‘blue’, and the third denotes ‘green or blue’.
